Etalbond products are available in 20 standard colours – 10 metallic and 10 solid – and 48 pre-formulated colours presenting a wide selection for the realization of innovative ideas.
Additionally, custom colours may be developed upon request.
Unless specified, the gloss of metallic and solid colours is between 30-40%, with a maximum achievable gloss level of 80%.
Applied by a high tech continuous coil coating process, etalbond’s fluorocarbon multilayer coating (i.e. PVDF) based on KYNAR 500®/HYLAR 5000® paint systems, offers advanced resistance to aggressive weather conditions, polluted environments and UV-radiation. KYNAR 500®/HYLAR 5000® with 70% PVDF/30% acrylic mix is a system that outperforms polyester powder, urethane, silicone polyester and acrylic coating in every category with better colour retention, better gloss retention, and better resistance to chalking. Combining surface endurance with workability, etalbond can adapt to any desired shape independent of its complexity, using standard techniques (including roll bending, routing, folding) and others.
