ETEM is a leading Greek aluminium extruder, founded in 1971 and belonging to the largest metallurgical group of the Balkans, VIOHALCO. A substantial exporter worldwide, ETEM's products are certified to the strictest international standards.

During the past thirty years ETEM has held a leading role in the aluminium industry. ETEM first introduced aluminium into construction in Greece and developed quality standards for architectural systems as we know them today. The second revolution was brought about with the introduction of composite aluminium panels (etalbond) into architecture. In addition to being the only manufacturer of composite panels in Greece, ETEM is also among the few ones of its kind in Europe. 

ETEM's main products are:

• Aluminium architectural profiles, both in various ETEM standard series and in custom drawings. ETEM's profiles were used in many of the projects for the Olympic Games of Athens 2004, including the Olympic Village and the Calatrava roof of the Olympic Stadium.
  
  
• Aluminium industrial profiles, including solid bars in round, hexagonal, flat and square form for automotive and maritime use. Among others, ETEM is the official supplier of BMW Group in Germany for the new 3xx series.
  
  
• Aluminium composite panels under the registered trademark of Etalbond. Etalbond is a product with many architectural applications, such as building facade material, sign-making etc. Etalbond is currently being exported to more than 40 countries across four continents - Europe, Asia, America and Africa.
